On receipt of the booking form, we will confirm your booking and our reservation staff will post to you a comprehensive Pre-Departure Kit. This kit will contain all necessary pre-departure information pertaining to your trip including a self-completed medical form, personal details form, comprehensive gear list, our award winning Responsible Travel Guidebook as well as other information tailored to your adventure.
